A3：您可以致電1833 282並說明您的訂單要求， 我們將為您取消訂單。訂單取消後，您可再次於平台購買所需的產品。 請注意，退款需時4-6週。

A2：Please be informed that we only accept installment payments made by designated credit cards issued by Hang Seng Bank and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

Q3：I have purchased the wrong items, how can I cancel the order and reorder again?

A3：You may contact HKT education enquiry hotline 1833282 and tell us your order amendment request. We will cancel your order. Once the original order is cancelled, you may place your order again. Please note that refund takes up to 4 - 6 weeks to process.
