Q2我的帳戶中的補貼狀態顯示錯誤的狀態,產品顯示的價格*也未有津貼。

A2:請與學校相關老師聯絡確認津貼狀態。津貼狀態一經確認,校方將聯絡HKT Education更改學生資料。

*產品顯示價格受綜合社會保障援助(綜援)計劃、學校書簿津貼計劃、及關愛基金資助金額影響。

 

Q3:無法進行分期付款。

A3:請注意,分期付款只適用於恒生銀行有限公司及中國銀行(香港)有限公司發出之指定信用卡。

 

Q4:我購買了錯誤的產品,請問如何取消訂單並重新訂購?

A4:您可以致電1833 282並說明您的訂單要求, 我們將為您取消訂單。訂單取消後,您可再次於平台購買所需的產品。 請注意,退款需時4-6週。

A2Please contact the teacher responsible at your school to verify the correct funding status. The school will contact HKT Education to change the student information once the status is verified.

*Please note that the displayed price of the same product might vary for different students, subject to the “Funding Status” shown in user account and is dependent on the eligibility of The Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) from the Social Welfare Department or the grant of the School Textbook Assistance Scheme from the Student Financial Office of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency.

 

Q3I cannot pay in installments.

A3Please be informed that we only accept installment payments made by designated credit cards issued by Hang Seng Bank and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

 

Q4I have purchased the wrong items, how can I cancel the order and reorder again?

A4You may contact HKT education enquiry hotline 1833282 and tell us your order amendment request. We will cancel your order. Once the original order is cancelled, you may place your order again. Please note that refund takes up to 4 - 6 weeks to process.
